Explorer Young Leaders

When older scouts move in to Explorers (be it at STEAMA or elsewhere) some of them continue their involvement in our group through becoming a Young Leader in Beavers, Cubs or Scouts. They will be part of the Cabot Explorer Young Leader unit, whether or not they are able to attend a particular Explorer unit for weekly Explorer fun. (We recommend that they have a gap of at least a year between leaving Scouts and rejoining as a Young Leader in the Scout troop – obviously this is automatic if they are becoming a YL in Cubs or Beavers)

This provides information and (most usefully) a log book for you to record your progress through the missions. You might think where the best place to keep this is – at home or in the Scout Hut
